We chose Waxed Canvas because it is one of the oldest materials in the world of baggage and outdoors equipment. As these canvas tool pouches are used, not only do they look better as they obtain a beautiful patina, the fibres oiled coating actually gets more water repellant.
This ageing process actually started when the bags were made, so the first signs may be showing on the pouch when purchased.
